Create your school
Fill in one form. In about a minute your school has its own web address, its own database, and classes and grading set up for the way you run.
Bring in your records
Upload your student list from Excel, in whatever layout it has. Belloft shows you how it read it, and saves only when you are happy.
Invite staff and parents
Send each person a link. They choose a password and see only what their role allows. A short guided tour shows each of them around.
Run the school day
Registers, scores, fees, notices and messages all happen in Belloft. Parents follow along on their phones.

Your old spreadsheet just works.
Names in one column or two, surname first or last, classes written “JSS 1A”, “Jss1 a” or “Basic 7”: Belloft recognises them. It matches students to classes, links parents by phone number, and flags anything it is unsure about for you to check.
