Questions about pricing
Straight answers.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. You pay for the period you choose, monthly, per term or per session. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, as our Terms of Service explain.
How do you count students?
Belloft counts the active students in your school’s records each night. Until your records are in, we use the number you gave when you signed up.
What if our school grows?
If you grow into a bigger size band, we tell you first. The new price applies from your next payment period, never backdated.
What does the founding setup fee cover?
We set your school up, move your existing records in from the files you give us, and train your staff. After that you pay the lower founding monthly price for as long as you stay.
Do parents pay to use Belloft?
No. Your school pays one price. Staff and parent accounts are unlimited, and parents never pay us anything.
Who do we pay?
Payments go to Olexweb, the company behind Belloft. Parents’ school fee payments go straight to your school’s own account, never to us.
